This Privacy Policy explains how Freire Hauling's LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website or book a service with us.

Information We Collect

When you request a booking, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address (if given), service address, and any notes about your job. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to schedule and carry out your hauling service, communicate with you about your booking (including confirmations and updates), and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate our business, including a database provider (Supabase) to store booking information securely, and — where enabled — messaging providers to send booking confirmations by SMS or email. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function.

Data Retention

We retain booking information for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain business records, unless you request deletion.

Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number when requesting a service, you may receive SMS text messages related to your booking, such as confirmations and updates. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Basic technical data may be used only to operate the booking calendar and admin panel.
